Das TPMC821 PMC-Modul
ist ein INTERBUS Master Interface der Generation 4 (G4). Das Modul
verwendet eine Motorola MC68332 CPU und den IPMS3 Controller von Phoenix
Contact. Die INTERBUS Master Firmware von Phoenix Contact wickelt das
komplette Kommunikationsprotokoll ab. Das
TPMC821 PMC-Modul ermöglicht bis zu 4.096 I/O-Punkte bei max. 512
I/O-Modulen, bis zu 62 PCP-Module, nichtflüchtige Parameterspeicherung
und hat 384KB PDP-Speicher. Das Modul unterstützt asynchronen,
Bussynchronen und Programmsynchronen Betrieb. Zur Diagnose stehen LEDs in der Modulfrontplatte, ein RS232-Port in Frontplatte und auf dem
P14-Stecker zur Verfügung. Die optisch isolierte INTERBUS-Schnittstelle
ist auf eine DB9-Buchse in der Frontplatte geführt.
Ein breites Angebot an
Treibern ist lieferbar: Linux, LynxOS, OS-9, pSOS+, QNX, VxWorks und
Windows. Die
Treiber werden als C Source Code geliefert.
