High Performance Processor AMC with Intel
Server Chipset
Emerson Network Power's PrAMC-7220 module is a high performance processor sub
system with AMC full size or AMC mid size form factor. AMC.1 Type 8,
AMC.2 Type E2 with
two GbE ports and AMC.3 SATA with two SATA ports. The processor AMC is designed for
solutions with high performance. By adhering
to industry standards like AMC and MicroTCA, the PrAMC-7220 module
offers the advantage of solutions with high performance and longevity.
The PrAMC-7220 module is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU with
up to 1.8 GHz clock rate.
The processor is connected to the Intel 3100 chip set with 800 MHz FSB,
which manages up to 8 GB ECC 400 MHz SDRAM. The front panel has an USB
2.0, two GbE ports and for debugging a RS-232/422/485 port. 4 GB Flash
and a MicroSD socket is on the board available

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Board Support
Package (BSP), MontaVista Carrier Grade Edtion (CGE) Linux Support
Package (LSP) and Wind River System Platform for Network Equioment Linux
Edition (PNE-LE) Board Support Package (BSP) is available.
