Ultra High-Performance Gigabit Ethernet Interface
with up to 12 Processor Cores
The Interphase 36CA is a 8 channel Gigabit Ethernet interface. It
offers a Cavium Octeon Plus processor with up to 12 cores. The cores
have 600 MHz clock rate. Up to 1 GB DDR2 SDRAM, 8 MB boot flash, 128 MB
flash memory and opt. 32 MB RLDRAM with NSP, SCP or EXP processor are
available.
The 36CA has one RS232 port and two Gigabit Ethernet controllers. On the
front panel are four
Gigabit Ethernet ports available and four ports via AMC port 8-11.
The module supports TCP/IP off load, IPv4/IPv6 stacks, wire-speed IPSEC,
SRTP off load, transport protocols and mobile IP.
Driver support for Wind River PNE Linux with Cavium Octeon extensions.
