1 Channel 14 Bit DA Converter with
Front Panel I/O and FPGA
AixSolve µTCA DAC is a
14bit DA converter with a single ended AC coupled signal input. The
channel supports 2400 MSPS and 14bit resolution. A stable clcok supply
of 2.4GHz is integrated on the board. Located between the DAC and the
output is a controllable amplifier (-2dB to 30dB).
Additional to the DAC the µTCA DAC provides
an Altera Arria 2 GX 125 FPGA. The FPGA manages the data transport to
the CPU via 2 Gigabit Ethernet and 2 SERDES ports. One RF output via
front panel BNC and two Gigabit Ethernet front panel ports are
available.
Drivers are available for
Linux. Other operating systems are available for request.
