Low Cost CPU Board with
Single or Dual Core Intel Atom CPU
ADLINK's cPCI-3615 CPU board is a 3U 4/8/12HP system slot single-board
computer with an 1.8 GHz Intel Atom Single Core N455 or an 1.8 GHz Intel
Atom D525 Dual Core. The board has up to 4 GB DDR3-800 MHz soldered
SDRAM for the the D525 processor version and up to 2 GB DDR3-800 MHz
soldered SDRAM for the N455 CPU version.
The cPCI-3615 offers two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two
USB 2.0 ports, one VGA port, and one CompactFlash socket. In addition
the 8HP version provides two USB 2.0 ports, one mouse/keyboard port, one
RS-232/422/485/485+ port, and an audio interface with line out and microphone
input. On the 12HP version is also a PMC/XMC site. The 8/12HP version
has a SATA interface which allows to use a 2.5" hard disk.
The cPCI-R3610 transition module has two Gigabit Ethernet
ports,
2 RS-232/422/485 ports, one USB 2.0 port, 2 SATA ports, and one VGA
port.
