Compact PICMG 2.16 High-Availability Chassis for
High-Performance Blade Server
Applications
ADLINK's cPCIS-3300BLS
9U/19"CompactPCI chassis provides 12 PICMG 2.16 slots with rear I/O for CPU
boards and I/O blades as well as 2 Gigabit Ethernet switch slots. Via backplane redundant Gigabit Ethernet
connections to all slots are available. The power supply is 2+1 redundant
based on PIGMG 2.11 AC/DC power modules providing 1.200 watts power
source. The chassis's
cooling is managed by 10
hot swap DC fans.
For system supervision 2 alarm modules are
available:
The basic alarm module supervises voltages, fan status, temperatures and
provides LED indicators and an acoustic alert signal.
The CMM
management/alarm module provides a system control via IPMI (PICMG
2.9). Supervised are boards and modules, power supply, temperatures as well
as fan and power supply status. The CMM module offers event
logging, LED indicators, and remote management via
Ethernet/modem.
The robust and reliable chassis is especially
designed for applications like e.g. web hosting, voice
recognition/recording, data bases and many more.
