High-end QorIQ P4080/P4040 COM Express Module
with up to eight 1.5 GHz Cores
Emerson Network Power's COMX-P4080
and COPMX-P4040 industrial COM Express basic modules
have a Freescale QorlQ processor with eight or four 1.5 GHz e500mc cores. The modules
have two SO-UDIMM sockets for up to 4 GB 1333 MHz ECC DDR3 memory.
Three Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports,
four RS232 ports, 8 GPIO, 12 SERDES ports, two MDIO, and one SDIO are on the COMX-P4080/P4040 via COM
Express connector available. In addition the module has 1 GB flash
onboard. The SERDES ports are configurable as one
10GbE XAUI 3.125 Gb/s, up to four GbE SDGMII 1.25 Gb/s, up to three PCIe
x4 2.5 or 5 Gb/s, and up to two SRIO x4 2.5 or 3.125 Gb/s lanes.
The module supports the
operating systems Linux 2.6.34, Green
Hills Integrity and Wind River VxWorks 6.8 AMP and SMP.
