Express-CB industrial COM Express module
series is based on an Intel QM57 chipset for up to 2.53 GHz Intel Core
i7 or a 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 or an 1.86 GHz Intel Celeron processor.
The board has two SO-DIMM sockets for up to 8 GB DDR2 800/1066 MHz RAM.
It provides two 8/24bit LVDS ports, one VGA interface with
up to 2048x1536 pixel resolution, and one Embedded DisplayPort. DirectX
10, OpenGL 2.1, high performance MPEG-2 decoding, and Blu-ray are
supported.
The
Express-CB has one PCIe x16, six PCIe x1, one PCI, four SATA, one EIDE, eight USB 2.0 lanes,
one HD audio interface, and one Gigabit Ethernet port. The PCIe x16
interfaces could be used for graphics or general purpose IO solutions.
The module uses a BIOS from AMI with CMOS backup and supports the
operating systems
Windows XP, Windows XP Embedded, Windows Vista, Windows 7, VxWorks 6.x,
Linux 2.6.x, and up.
