Dust proofed, fanless system

Ampro's MilSystem 840 is a military computer with an Intel
965GME chip set and 1.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 processor. 2 GB DDR2
RAM are available. The fanless system with passive cooled CPU is IP5x
dust proofed. In addition the system is MIL-STD-810
shock and vibration compliant.
The MilSystem 840 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two SATA ports, two
EIDE ports, four USB 2.0 ports, four RS232/422/485
ports, parallel port, keyboard port, VGA, eSATA and AC'97 interface. The
COM 840 COM Express board is mounted on an EBX carrier which is specially designed for extreme rugged environments.
It can be expanded with Mini PCI and PCIe card. The ports are routed to three
front MIL-STD-D38999 connectors.
The system is available with the preinstalled operating system Ubuntu
Linux or Windows XP embedded. Opt. Windows CE, QNX, and VxWorks are
available.
The MilSystem 840 is also available with Standard PC connectors called
RuffSystem 840.
