Emerson Network Power's Centellis 1000 MicroTCA™ communication server offers 10
Full-Size and one Compact AMC slots. The power supply happens through
600W power module or a redundant, hot swap compatible 48 VDC entry module. The
power module, cooling module and the AMC modules are controlled from
the MicroTCA Carrier Hub (MCH). The MCH offers
two external GbE ports for inter-shelf connections. An IPMI 1.5 compliant cooling module with 8 fans
is integrated in the Centellis 1000.
The System is available with an Intel Pentium M or 1.4GHz MPC7448
PowerPC.
Opt. the Centellis 1000 is available with 80GB SATA HDD.
The Centellis 1000 contains the Carrier Grade Linux
(CGL) Distribution MontaVista CGE 4.0 with all required Linux Support
Packages (LSPs), Wind River PNE/LE 1.4 and the Basic Blade Services Software (BBS).
