Generation Intel Core i7 Improves Mini-ITX Motherboard Performance
EMERSON Network Power's MITX-CORE-820 industrial Mini-ITX
motherboard is based on a Intel QM67 controller for an Intel
Core i7-2710QE or Core i5-2510E processor. The
motherboard has two SO-DIMM sockets for up to 8 GB 1067/1333 MHz DDR3
non-ECC memory,
one PCIe x16 and one PCIe Mini Card slot.
The PCIe Mini Card slot supports PCIe, USB and DisplayPort connectivity.
The MITX-CORE-820 motherboard provides up to two Gigabit Ethernet ports,
ten USB 2.0 ports, SATA 6Gb/s ports, 2 SATA 3Gb/s ports, one RS232 port,
extern 12V power supply, 7.1 HD audio interface, one 15-pin VGA power
connector, two DisplayPorts, one Embedded DisplayPort and one LVDS
Header onboard.
The motherboard uses an Unified Extensible Firmware
Interface (UEFI) BIOS and supports the operating systems
Windows 7, Embedded Standard 7, XP Professional, and Fedora 12.
