EMERSON Network Power's NITX-300 industrial Nano-ITX motherboard is based on a Intel EG20T controller with an 1.0 GHz Intel Atom E640 or a 600 MHz E620 processor. 512 MB/1 GB DDR2-667/800 SDRAM are soldered on the board. The motherboard has one PCIe and one PCIe Mini Card slot. The PCIe Mini Card slot supports WiMAX/WiFi modules.

The NITX-300 provides one Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB 2.0 ports, four RS232 ports, VGA, LVDS, audio, SATA, LPC, and a 12V power input socket. The GbE port, VGA, audio, two USB ports, and the 12V power input socket are directly mounted on the board. In addition there is a CAN interface, SSD connector, and MicroSD connector.

The motherboard uses an Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) BIOS and supports the operating systems Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Embedded Standard, and Meego Linux.
