Emerson Network Power's PrPMC6001 module is a high performance processor sub
system in PMC form factor. The processor PMC is designed for solutions
requiring high performance and low power consumption. The 128 bit AlitVec
technology allows to apply the same operation simultaneous on several
data words so that a high performance is possible.
The PrPMC6001 module is powered by a 64-bit PowerPC® 7448 CPU with 1.4
GHz clock rate. The processor is connected to the Marvell Discovery II
controller with 133 MHz FSB, which manages up to 1 GB 133 MHz ECC DDR
SDRAM and 128 MB Flash memory. Two Gigabit Ethernet and RS232 ports are available.
Support for VxWorks, Linux PE3.1, Kernel.org 2.6.10 and MontaVista CGE
