With the 2HE 19″ conduction-cooled VPX chassis, powerBridge Computer offers a compact solution with 300W power supply for up to 9 VPX boards. The combination of navigation, timing and communication boards together with CPUs and memories, similar to the American C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance), enables a variety of functions with high performance and communication speed. Instead of three to four individual systems, the same range of functions is made possible via the VPX standards OpenVPX or SOSA in a single 2HE 19″ system. The backplane can be designed either in 1×9 slots or galvanically isolated in 3×3 slots.
