The VITA 93 standard defines QMC mezzanine cards that are compact and powerful. QMC supports current fabrics such as PCIe and is future-proof (PCIE Gen.6) specified for the coming generations. A single QMC card with PCIe x4 and 40 I/Os measures just 26 mm x 78.25 mm. Double, triple or quad card sizes offer up to PCIe x16 and 160 I/Os. QMC mezzanine cards are available in air-cooled and conduction-cooled versions.
Multiple QMC mezzanine cards can be used on various form factors such as VPX, CompactPCI, VME, PCIe, VNX and VITA 90 VNX+ as well as the VITA 100 standard expected in 2026.
