Rugged IP69K Industrial Panel PC with Intel® Core™ i Processors

The Titan2 from ADLINK Technology is a powerful IP69K industrial panel PC designed specifically for demanding applications where reliability, hygiene, and maximum operational safety are top priorities. With its rugged design and state-of-the-art technology, the Titan2 meets the highest requirements in industrial automation and HMI solutions. The Titan2 is available with a 4-core 1.5 GHz Intel® Core i5-1145G7E or a 2-core 2.2 GHz Intel® Core i3-111G4E processor and supports up to 64 GB DDR4 SDRAM.

The Titan2 series is available with 15.6“, 21.5”, or 23.8" high-resolution Full HD displays. The projective capacitive touchscreen technology offers precise and intuitive operation, even in continuous industrial use. Optional optical bonding reduces the total reflection of the display and improves brightness to up to 1,000 nits, enabling optimal readability even in direct sunlight. In addition, the front bezel can be equipped with integrated RFID or camera functionality to support specific industrial applications.

All interfaces are designed as robust M12 connectors with waterproof covers for harsh environments. One M12 port for 2.5 GbE LAN, one M12 port for RS-232/422/485, one M12 port for USB 2.0, and one M12 port for the 24 V DC Input are available. Two optional M12 ports also support USB 3.2 Gen1 or 2.5 GbE LAN. This robust cabling ensures reliable signal transmission even under extreme conditions such as vibration, humidity, or temperature fluctuations, enabling interference-free communication and easy integration into complex IIoT systems.

The M.2 2230 E-Key slot supports optional WIFI or Bluetooth modules, the M.2 3042 B-Key slot provides LTE or 5G connections, and the M.2 2280 M-Key slot offers space for SSD expansions. The Titan2 can therefore be flexibly expanded and adapted to specific requirements.

The Titan2 is fully IP69K-rated for protection against dust and water – the highest protection class for industrial applications. The housing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (304, optionally 316) and meets the highest requirements for durability and cleanability. Cleaning with high pressure, hot water, or alcohol wipes is no problem and supports compliance with demanding hygiene standards. This makes the Titan2 ideal for industries with sensitive production environments such as the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry, as well as industrial automation.
