QMC module with 20 isolated analog inputs

QMC analog input module with 20 galvanically isolated 16-bit ADC channels. All channels of the TQMC500 are sampled simultaneously and support single-ended and differential input modes.

The input voltage ranges are individually configurable per channel. In single-ended mode, voltages from 0–5 V to ±12.5 V are possible and in differential mode up to ±20 V are possible. This allows the module to be flexibly adapted to different signal sources and measurement tasks. With a sampling rate of up to 800 kSPS, it enables precise acquisition of even fast signal transients.

Each ADC features a 1024-sample FIFO buffer with programmable triggers. Data transfer occurs via DMA cycles initiated by the TQMC500 with minimal CPU or host load.

Integrated overvoltage protection enhances robustness in industrial applications. In addition, comprehensive system information in accordance with IPMI is stored in an FRU EEPROM, enabling unique module identification as well as diagnostic and maintenance functions.

Integrity, VxWorks, QNX, Linux, and Windows drivers are available.
