3U VPX 57 Port 1/10/25/40/100GbE Switch and IP Router

3U VPX 1/10/40/100GbE switch and IP router with up to 57 ports. Up to 14 40Gigabit Ethernet or 100Gigabit Ethernet ports or up to 56 10/25Gigabit Ethernet or 57 Gigabit Ethernet ports are available. The ComEth4682e integrates a layer 2 (Ethernet) and layer 3 switch and a control processors to support virtually separated control and data planes for highly secured 3U VPX systems. The Ethernet paket processor is managed by the dual-core ARM processor and offers remarkable switching capabilities.

The ComEth4682e also supports VPX System Management as defined by VITA 46.11 and based on the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI v1.5) for sensor management (temperature, voltage, current), inventory management, system configuration, recovery and diagnostic management. Interface Concepts Switchware supports a wide range of Layer 2/3 functions that can be managed via an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI), command line interface (CLI) or SNMP (v2c or v3). The switch is aligned with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) technical standard. The SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) consortium is a voluntary, consensus-based member consortium of the Open Group, a vendor-neutral technology standards organization that develops an open technical standard for sensors.

The ComEth4682e series is for five different environmental specifications: standard operating temperature range (0°C .. 55°C), extended operating temperature range (-20°C .. +65°C), rugged operating temperature range (-40°C .. +75/85°C), conduction cooled (-40°C .. +71°C) and conduction cooled (-40°C .. +85°C).
