Rugged Vision Computer System with Core i7 CPU and NVIDIA GPU

The Helios system is a rugged Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Vision computer system optimized for Size, Weight, Power and Cost (SWaP-C) designed to operate in harsh environments.

The ITAR-free system is based on an Intel® Core i7-1185GRE processor, complemented by an Nvidia®Pascal GP107 (P2000) graphics module with 768 CUDA cores and a performance of 2.4 TFLOPS. It offers one DisplayPort, two DVI ports, two 3G-SDI outputs, four 3G-SDI inputs, two CVBS inputs, one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, one Gigabit Ethernet port, one RS-232 port, one RS-422 port, and four GOIO LVTTL ports. ARINC 429 7T/10R and four MIL-STD-1553 interfaces as well as high-capacity removable storage media are available as options. This makes the system suitable for a range of customer applications, including command and control displays, low-visibility image enhancement, and 360° vehicle navigation.

The board is aligned with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) technical standard. The SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) consortium is a voluntary, consensus-based membership consortium of the Open Group, a vendor-neutral technology standards organization that develops an open technical standard for sensors.
